You will move into a completely renovated, new office space; still with a smell of new paint. You will have access to a service package including everything you need to run your daily work smoothly. In order words, sit down with your laptop and get straight to work. Flexibility is our middle name. Choose the floor, contract, concept and interior design to suit your business best.

Which office concept is your cup of tea?

As one of the first in line, you will be able to choose the office concept that suits your business best. Choose between Smart & Ready (Smart & Klart) or Moving in (Inflyttningsklart), as well as what type of interior design you would like. In line with the architecture of the building, we have been inspired by the design of the early 1960’s.

Smart & Ready
– it doesn’t get much easier than that

Switching offices can seem like a long process, full of decision making. It needn’t be that complicated. Smart & Ready means you access a furnished, ready-to-move-in-to office, where you can get to work straight away. With only a month’s notice, you also have all the flexibility you need. Move in or out when it suits you.

  • Contract period: 1–6 months
  • Notice period: 1 month

Ready to move in – complete office space with everything but furniture.

Our office spaces are ready to greet you with open arms. Conference rooms, kitchenettes, toilettes, locks, alarm systems and networks; everything is already in place.

The only thing you need to think about is to move your own furniture. Add the service packages you need, for example cleaning services, coffee machines and coffee, water coolers, fruit baskets, entry doormats, plant care and copying machines/scanners.

Elegant

Elegant offers interior design with a mild colour palette and delicate materials. A stylish base to give daylight and structures a leading role.

This concept is characterized by its lighting and the high quality materials. Soft colors and
carefully selected materials are combined with elegant and geometric shapes.
